Lead - Direct Support Professional

Are you ready to take on additional responsibility?

Do you have natural leadership ability?

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated leadership ability and a strong role model to work as a Lead - DSP at one of our residential locations.

Will provide coordination and supervision of the team's work and function as Lead Trainer in conjunction with working hours as a DSP.  Earn $10.00 - $11.50 hour.

Direct Support Professional - Residential

Do you enjoy people and making a difference in their lives?

DSN-MO is looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team in supporting those with developmental and/or mental health needs to succeed in our community based residential settings. Primary duties including teaching life skills to both adults and adolescents. Evening, overnight and weekend only shifts available! Earn $9.00 hour, up to $10.50 hour with experience!

All Employees of DSN - MO must have:

A valid drivers license

Valid auto insurance

High School diploma or equivalent

A good driving record

Reliable transportation

The ability to perform crisis Interventions

All employees of DSN must be at least 19 years old

The ability to direct deposit their pay check

Registered with Family Care Safety Registry
